During an individual Sound Healing session, I use vocal toning to move energy and unblock imbalances.

Using a clear intention I send these sounds to the chakras (centres of subtle energies that affect the whole; mental, physical and emotional). The process of treating the whole energy body (integrating mind, body and spirit) can help unravel mental attitudes to physical problems. It is a non-invasive treatment and drug-free solution, which is versatile for different situations: if you have mobility issues, you can be treated sitting in a chair, but most clients lie on my very comfy treatment bench with blankets and pillows.
