We offer several styles of Sound Meditation; including Guided Sound Nidra, simple Sound Baths, and deeper Sound Meditation sessions. We also have classes for “Color, Create & Center” where you bring (or can purchase) coloring supplies to utilize the right side of your brain for a unique relaxation experience.
