I'm Juan Domínguez, a gong bath and sound bath facilitator based in Managua, Nicaragua. I trained with the Institución Española de Sonoterapia (IES) and keep learning with gong teachers Martha Collard and Mehtab Benton.
Most weeks I run open group sessions in Managua, in partner spaces around the city. I also work with retreats, hotels and teams across Nicaragua and, on request, elsewhere in the region. A session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes and asks nothing of you: no experience, no meditation background, no belief. You lie down, the gongs and singing bowls fill the room, and the body does the rest.
